Our Organic Ceylon cinnamon is a flavorful, high-quality spice that comes from the bark of ethically cultivated native evergreens in Sri Lanka. Our Ceylon or “true cinnamon” has a subtle, warm, mildly sweet flavor that works well in a variety of dishes. Ceylon cinnamon is best paired with baked goods and hot drinks, but can be combined with anything to add a sweet and spicy kick.
It is ground from dried inner barks native of cinnamon trees. Our Cinnamon is processed using air cooling grinding machines for protecting all the natural flavor and aroma.
