Turmeric Latte with fudge

Golden Milk Turmeric Fudge

Our rich,creamy, & fortified fudge makes the perfect fall and winter addition to your recipe book. This delicious & nutritious recipe is gluten-free, vegan and no bake.

What you’ll need:

Turmeric Fudge Base

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup soft pitted dates (typically 10 large dates)
  • 3 scoops One Farm Turmeric Golden Milk Latte
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Turmeric Fudge Steps:

  1. Place cashews in a food processor and process until very finely ground (take caution not to over process the nuts into butter)
  2. Add shredded coconut and process until combined well.
  3. Add the dates and process to a soft paste.
  4. Add 3 scoops of Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Superfood Powder and process again until well combined.
  5. Add the maple syrup and a dash of sea salt. Process until creamy in texture.
  6. Line a 9×16 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop into 16- 20 flat rounds and place on parchment paper
  8. Place in fridge or freezer while making the ganache topping.

Boosted Chocolate Ganache

What you’ll need:

Chocolate ganache:

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup extra virgin unrefined coconut oil (not melted)
  • 4 scoops One Farm Daily 8 Cacao Superfood Powder
  • ¼ cup organic cacao powder (use 1/2 cup if you don’t have the Daily 8)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup (organic) cacao nibs for topping

Chocolate Ganache Steps:

  1. In a food processor, blend together maple syrup and coconut oil until well combined.
  2. Add in cacao powder and a pinch of salt and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour or dip chocolate ganache to cover fudge round and spread evenly over the top.
  4. Top with cacao nibs & a dash of sea salt.
  5. Return pan to fridge to set and firm for at least one hour.
  6. Best served cold. Store in an air tight container in the freezer or in the fridge.
